In 2020, no case of transmission of COVID-19 was to be deplored at the Grotte des Demoiselles. Once again this year, we have put in place a health plan approved by the authorities to welcome you and enjoy your visit with complete peace of mind, in accordance with the "charter of the Association of Grottes de France" (ANECAT).
The main measures:
Online ticketing is strongly recommended. This process makes it possible to manage flows and limit queues on the site.
Wearing a mask is compulsory from 11 years old during the guided tour and on the site
A sense of visit: The visit circuit is a loop that allows us to easily regulate the flow of visitors and avoid crossings. The number of people per visit has been reduced.
All our visits are accompanied by a guide who will remind you of the best practices to follow. Our staff are equipped with masks.
Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers distributed throughout the site and the tour of the hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are at your disposal.
Special COVID signage :
Our Reception Pavilion has been redesigned to allow you to comply with the rules related to our health protocol. Ground markings and panels will guide you on your route and remind you of the instructions to follow.
A strict disinfection protocol
Regular cleaning and disinfection of common areas is carried out. Throughout the day, the funiculars will be regularly disinfected (guardrails, doors, buttons, etc.). The audio guides are systematically disinfected after each use.
