- Constant temperature in the cave: 15°C – Bring warm clothing
- Course of 1,200 m with 550 steps, often wet and slippery – closed shoes recommended
- Accessibility: Not suitable for strollers, infants accepted in baby carriers
- Free parking: 400 spaces (P1 & P2), disabled parking nearby
- Reception: Arrive 15 minutes before departure at the foot of the funicular
- Brasserie on site for a savory, sweet, or iced snack, 7 days a week. Picnic area also available
