1. Lantern Exploration
Meet Guillaume, our passionate caving guide and experienced instructor. Together, you’ll dive into the depths of the Grotte des Demoiselles, exploring the upper network lit only by your lantern. Imagine being one of the first explorers in 1780, with the advantage of a professional caving guide who knows every corner of the cave.
2. Journey to the Aven de l'Eure
After this unique adventure in the Grotte des Demoiselles, you’ll walk towards the Aven de l'Eure, another hidden gem. A short 15-minute hike across the Thaurac plateau will lead you to this fascinating location. Here, you’ll discover the thrilling geological history of the Thaurac plateau, along with its best-kept secrets.
3. Rappel Descent
The moment you’ve all been waiting for: equipped with your harness, helmet, and headlamp, you’ll prepare for a rappel descent into the Aven de l'Eure. This off-the-beaten-path excursion will open the doors to a new world, offering you a chance to discover unexplored perspectives. Under the expert guidance of our instructor, you’ll learn the basics of rappel descent and how to move along the lifeline. You’ll also master the art of climbing back up the rope in a 10-meter deep shaft!

Contraindications
This list is indicative but not exhaustive:
Pregnancy, herniated disc, heart or joint diseases, history of severe head trauma, Ménière's vertigo, cerebral vascular malformations, ophthalmic issues (please notify us), etc. All participants must have personal liability insurance. For safety reasons, onboard cameras (such as GoPro) are allowed only under certain conditions.
